Support for the troops
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Dec. 11) - "Hundreds of thousands of holiday cards and letters thanking wounded American troops for their sacrifice and wishing them well never reach their destination. They are returned to sender or thrown away unopened."

and adopt a soldier so that you can address him/her by name to give your support.
This support may be more vital than you think.
On the news today, they shared that out of all the soldiers returning from action in Iraq, possibly around 120 a week commit suicide! If we support them while they are over there, there is a much higher chance that they will be in better mental/ emotional/ spiritual health when they return.
