Meet Me in Chicago! Now - Monday, December 13th
I arrived in Chicago the evening of Wednesday, December 1st. It was super cold when I arrived - a chilly 24°. That's cold for a West coast girl like me. I was ill prepared so I immediately went and purchased a warm coat, hat and scarf. Now I am prepared to brave the frigid temperatures. It was a good thing I did because late last night the snow arrived. I heard it was about 5 inches but I am not certain if that is accurate. It warmed up today and a lot melted. I am sure that just as soon as I say that mother nature will send some more cold white stuff my way.
