ThisClose - Running The Numbers
I made a quickie trip down to Southern IL. It was fantastic. I am thisclose to getting my condo. I can sign the lease today or tomorrow as long as I have the money.
I am so excited. No roommates. My first real "grown up" place. Its scary all at the same time. The rent is super reasonable. I need to get my internet hooked up and groceries after that. Then it will be home. Home. I like that word. :-)
Moving in with friends did not work out. Normally I don't have an issue with roommates. Ive known these friends for a while. I was hinted at that there was issues but I had no idea. It isn't safe for me to be here. Ive been hanging on for two months trying to ride it out but my time has come. I have to be out by the 31st. I would love to be out by this weekend so I dont owe more rent here.
So basically I am more than willing to work with anyone that can do extended sessions, overnights, etc. If you can help out it would be a sweet deal.
