Two Steps Forward, Two Steps Back
So I got a job right after the last post. It could not have come at a better time. Finances have been tight to say the least.
It was an amazing opportunity. Working as a personal assistant for a successful company.
My ex-boss and I decided to mutually part ways after a week because "part time" work suddenly was full time hours with me working 11 to 13 hours day. I was paid for two days.
I got an email accusing me of all kinds of things I did not do today and letting me know I would not be getting paid for the rest of my time there. She says I am "paid in full".
I worked my ass off for this lady. Im beyond angry, depressed. My rent is due. My paycheck would have covered what I am lacking.
I am really trying to stay positive but its difficult. I am looking for another position in the meantime and this one will be put in writing.
