- - Bailing on the Blogger Party
I was hoping to make it tonight but it's not going to happen. Sick kid earlier in the week = sleep deprivation for me.
I've also been unable to score any H1N1 vaccine for myself and would rather avoid large crowds in closed places for now. Normally I'm not a baby about catching something, but 34% of the preggo chicks that have gotten swine flu have ended up hospitalized with some even being put into medically induced comas for a month or more. There's always the death thing too.
Throw in an hour drive even if there's no traffic and the party pooper trifecta is complete.
So while everyone else has a fabulous time, I will be at home on my couch reading and watching TV.
How fucking lame.
