I'm back from Vegas and LA!
WOW, is all I can say...I had a great time!
I had a couple of long bookings too, which were great. Bellagio beds are very comfortable!
Las Vegas was 116 degrees in the shade, I'm not used to that for sure, phew.
My friend got talking to a couple of guys who had actually fried eggs on their car bonnet that very day!
Both of us are naturally pale, she's a redhead, so we both wore factor 50 everyday. I must be the only person in the world that doesn't want a tan, besides Dita. I don't tan anyways.
I went to the Grand Canyon by helicopter, landed in it, and had a glass of cold champagne...oh it was spectacular/amazing/fabulous!
I took loads of photos, but I had to do a silly photo...me crawling about the desert as if I was dying of thirst and reaching out, gasping for help, haha. Whilst wearing a glamorous dress and heels, of course.
Ok, ok, a $20 cotton dress and flat sandals, haha.
I am amazed by your service, it's excellent!
So I was a great tipper!
In UK, you get pretty bad service, see.
LA, I went to Universal Studios (yeah I'm a tourist ok!) and for one part I was messing with my camera so I could get a good shot of 'Bates Motel'.
I wasn't seeing what others were, (more attention to my camera) and out of the blue 'Norman' snuck up on me and I let out a big scream!
Everyone was laughing and I was jumping out of my pants for real!
The real reason I was in USA was the Burlesque Hall of Fame in Las Vegas, and it was brilliant! You should go next year, it will be in the first week of June.
I will be going again next year, so if you are thinking about going, I may meet you there, I will be in Vegas for a week, June 2011.
